Researchers managed to develop a new airbag bike helmet.
Researchers at Stanford University want to change the way we use a bike helmet. Their new device is a helmet that has a soft pocket worn around the neck, which will work like an air bag during a collision. However, there will more tests in the future because researchers have some issues to solve. It seems that when the scientists maximized the amount of air, the helmet could bottom out. This could lead to a hit with more force what would happen with a traditional bike helmet.
