Recently, Tumblr announced that it would launch a series of photo filters and stickers. The initial batch will consist of approximately 100 stickers and five photo filters. However, the company declared that more would be on the way depending on users’ feedback.

While Tumblr may not be the first social media platform to introduce stuff lie stickers and photo filter, its intent is to stay ahead of the competition by introducing personalized content.
As a result, Tumblr will now feature over 100 stickers and five photo filters. Let’s talk about those stickers. As you know, social media platforms such as Facebook, Skype or Snapchat, have introduced these on-page elements for some time now. They’re fun to use, and they add a certain je ne sais quois to the whole conversation.
Now, Tumblr’s new stickers are fully customizable, which means that you can add your own texts, symbols, objects, and even frames. Unlike other social media platform which only makes improvements like these available to only a lucky few, Tumblr made these improvements available to everyone.
So, in order to access the new stickers, all you’ll need to do is to either tap or click on the smiley face icon located at the bottom of your screen. Scroll through the pages, select your sticker, customize it the way you see fit, and post it on your Tumblr account. It’s that easy.
Now let’s talk a bit about photo filters. As you well know, the easiest way to spruce up a dull vacation photo is to add a catchy filter, because it beats photo editing. For your delight, Tumblr added five new photo filters: pink, purple, green, red, and orange.
To access them, go to your account’s photo/GIF creation section and tap on the magic one. Select your filter of choice, place it on the picture, and that’s it. What’s even more delighting about Tumblr’s new take on chat elements is that you will also be able to save these creations to your device’s photo gallery and to share them with your friends who aren’t using Tumblr.
